Reference labels and limitations

Each FASTA record is classified separately, including individual contigs. NoMatch means no strictly unique dictionary hits; it does not establish absence of a serotype. Confidence columns are match fractions, not calibrated probabilities. FDR values do not filter predictions. Equal match counts retain the first reference label in sorted order.
